USA Gun Store ships firearms and regulated products in accordance with applicable laws. Some items may have limited shipping eligibility based on state or local regulations. Orders placed for restricted locations may be canceled or adjusted to remain compliant.
All firearms purchased online must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to a residential or business address that is not licensed.
Customers must select or provide an FFL dealer during checkout. The receiving FFL dealer must submit a valid copy of their license to USA Gun Store. Firearms will ship only after the FFL license has been received and verified. Final transfer, background checks, and legal paperwork are completed at the receiving FFL dealer’s location.
All transfer fees, waiting periods, and pickup requirements are determined by the receiving FFL dealer and are the customer’s responsibility.
Ammunition, magazines, optics, and accessories may ship directly to the customer where permitted by law. Certain states and municipalities restrict ammunition types, magazine capacity, or firearm-related accessories.
USA Gun Store does not ship prohibited items into restricted jurisdictions.
Firearm laws vary by location. USA Gun Store complies with all applicable regulations and does not ship restricted products into locations where they are prohibited. Restrictions may include, but are not limited to, magazine capacity limits, ammunition restrictions, firearm configuration requirements, and local or state bans.
Orders that cannot be legally fulfilled may be canceled at USA Gun Store’s discretion.
Orders typically process within one to three business days after payment confirmation and compliance verification. Firearm orders may require additional time due to FFL coordination and license verification.
Tracking information is provided once an order ships. Processing times exclude weekends, holidays, and delays caused by incomplete or incorrect FFL documentation.
USA Gun Store ships using licensed and reputable carriers that meet all firearm and ammunition transportation requirements. Signature confirmation may be required depending on the contents of the shipment.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect FFL information, refusal by the receiving dealer, or customer-provided errors, additional shipping or handling fees may apply. Returned firearms remain subject to compliance review before any further action is taken.
All online sales are final. USA Gun Store does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on shipped orders, including firearms, ammunition, and accessories. This policy applies regardless of buyer remorse, incorrect selection, or transfer refusal by the receiving FFL dealer.
