The location where I had my gun shipped rejected it as they decided they were no longer going to handle FFL transfers, so the gun was sent back to USA Gun Stores. The next day (Saturday), I emailed Troy and within 30 minutes he called me back. He said he'd send it back as soon as he received it which he did, and he even paid the cost for the return shipping! I'd highly recommend this business.

USAGunstore had the cheapest (by far!) price on the Nosler 6.5CM 120g cartridges I needed for an upcoming hunt. I ordered 3 boxes on Sunday and they were in my safe on Wednesday afternoon. Great customer service! I received a package on 06/15/2024. I ordered .300 blackout ammunition in bulk. When the packaged arrived, some of the ammunition boxes inside of the package were ripped open and there were multiple casings loose in the cardboard box. I didn't really think it was a big deal, but I still e-mailed them to let them know that the packaging was a little rough. Troy got back with me in a day and personally called me. He apologized to me and wanted to make it right and he definitely did! Will be shopping here in the future.

No one local had the turkey choke I needed to finish out the season to go with my new SG. I called several FFL's and online retailers and everyone was willing to overnight it BUT only after a 1-2 day processing time which made overnight shipping pointless. Then I got Troy on the phone and he understood the predicament of a hunter nearing a season close and jumped thru hoops to accommodate the situation. Buy with confidence. I ordered 30-30 subsonic ammo and Ammoseek listed the quantity wrong. Instead of receiving 5 boxes of 50, I received 5 boxes of 20.
