The Phoenix rifle features a fully monolithic upper receiver with an ambidextrous forward charging handle. Utilizing a direct blowback operating system and POF-USA's 35 round 9MM magazine. It's billet lower receiver features fully Ambidextrous controls and a 1913 picatinny rail at the rear.
