All online sales are final. USA Gun Store does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased online. This policy applies to all items, including firearms, ammunition, magazines, optics, accessories, and related equipment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, and legal eligibility before placing an order.
Due to federal firearm laws and transfer requirements, firearms cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. If a firearm transfer is denied by a background check or refused by the receiving FFL dealer, the sale remains final. Any additional shipping, storage, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Ammunition, magazines, optics, and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been placed. This applies regardless of whether the item is unopened, unused, or incorrectly ordered.
USA Gun Store is not responsible for incompatibility issues, buyer error, or changes in local laws after purchase.
Order cancellations are only considered prior to shipment and solely at the discretion of USA Gun Store. Once an order enters processing or ships, it cannot be canceled.
Firearm orders requiring FFL coordination may be processed immediately and may not be eligible for cancellation once documentation is initiated.
If an item arrives damaged during transit or an incorrect item is shipped due to an error on our part, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. USA Gun Store may request photos, carrier documentation, or additional information to evaluate the claim.
Resolutions are limited to replacement or store credit at USA Gun Store’s discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
If an order is returned due to incorrect FFL information, refusal by the receiving dealer, delivery failure, or customer-provided errors, additional shipping or handling fees may apply. Returned items remain subject to compliance review and do not qualify for refunds.
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. USA Gun Store is not responsible for purchases made in violation of legal requirements.
